This is a book about energy, natural medicine, and the power of the mind/spirit to regulate the human body. The narration follows the author, on his personal odyssey, from the world of chemical cures to Lake Atitlan, a place where people are healed through traditional Mayan means, exploiting the use of natural medicines within the context of traditional beliefs.
